He is survived by: his siblings, John (Patricia), Robert Richter and Jane Purcell (David); and his children, Mark (Cari), Brent Richter (Pam), Krista O'Neill (Shane) and Blaire Richter (Christopher Boughter). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
