He was predeceased by: his wife Timotea Compian Castillo; and his parents, Domingo and Juanita. He is survived by: his nephew George Jasso; his great-niece Sandra Cervera; his grandchildren, Delilah Nicole Cervera and Francisco Castillo II (Vanessa); his great grandchildren, Sebastian Ximenez, Ivan Ximenez, Maricela Castillo, Maribell Castillo and Mylaa Castillo; his siblings, Margarita Jasso and Miguel Castillo Sr.; and his friend Josie Trystal. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 2nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home (226 Cupples Rd, San Antonio, TX 78237). A rosary will be held on Tuesday, June 2nd 2026 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, June 3rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St Timothy Catholic Church (1515 Saltillo St, San Antonio, TX 78207). A committal service will be held on Wednesday, June 3rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the San Fernando Cemetery (746 Castroville Rd, San Antonio, TX 78237).
