Shepard (Kathleen) and Lisa Kulka (Jim); his grandchildren, Sunni, Lynsi, Nathan Shepard, Benjamin, William, Samuel Kulka and Matthew Lester; and his siblings, J. A. Shepard, Tommy Shepard, Joy Platte and Jan Kay Blakely. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
