She was predeceased by: her parents, Tommy Leo Carlisle, Sr. and Mary Elizabeth Snow Carlisle; her brothers, Tommy Wes Carlisle, Stacy Wayne Carlisle and Tommy Leo Carlisle, Jr.; and her husband James Alton Ervin.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Elizabeth Ervin Zigmond (Alphons), Mary Denise Ervin and James Wesley Ervin (Terry); her grandchildren, Nathanael Dale Dyer, Megan Ashley Ervin Ramon (Patrick), Hannah Mae Ervin, Cheyenne Elizabeth Zigmond Schoelzel (William), Wyatt Glen Ervin, Chaely Rose Zigmond and Colton James Zigmond; and her great grandchild Amelia Maye Ramon. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
