She was predeceased by: her parents, H. B. Galloway and Ora Mae Galloway; and her husband Richard L. Bailey Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Whitley, Peggy Nadine Phillips (John), Todd Edward Bailey and Richard L. Bailey Jr.; and her sister Christine Arnett. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; and two great-great- grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Emerald Coast Hospice or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
