She is survived by: her children, Dolly, Barbara Maddox, Kenneth Maddox, David Maddox, Cherly Ann Carter and Johnnie W. Lewis. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren and numerous great-great-grandchildren and numerous relatives and friends.
