He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Thomas and Jesse Thomas; and his brothers, Artie Maxwell William, Michael W., Kenneth Thomas and Cecil Thomas.
He is survived by: his son Nathaniel A. Moore; and his siblings, Sarah Thomas, Alice Ford (Gene), Jesse Thomas III (Sharon) and Robert L. Earl. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
