He is survived by: his wife Lois Ann Pena; his children, George Soto, Lisa Marie Winkler and Robert Charles Pena Jr.; his siblings, Shoma Arcos, Tony Herrera, Sylvia Pena, Minerva Matta and Michael Pena; his grandchildren, Suzannah Elizondo and Sierrah Soto; and his great grandchildren, Zenadya and Zion. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
