He was predeceased by: his parents, Simona Blancas and Acension Blancas; and his son Rosario D. Blancas. He is survived by: his wife Gloria D. Blancas; his children, Simon Blancas Jr., Israel D. Blancas, Maria Linda (Hebert), Peter D. Blancas and Moses D. Blancas; and his grandchildren, Jessica, Faustino, Alex, Lucas, Daniel, Amber, Deborah, Victoria, Matthew, Michael, Sarah, Brian and Scott.
