Steven will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Though Steven is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Steven’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Miller. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Harper; his daughter Megan Sowers; his stepdaughter Kelli White; his grandsons, Lukas Sowers, Caleb Burris and Conner Burris; and his siblings, Kim Bernas, Joy Harper and Richard Harper. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Olinger Chapel Hill Mortuary (6601 S Colorado Blvd, Centennial, CO 80121).
Flowers will be accepted at Olinger, however, donation to the Gary Sinise Foundation in Steven's name would be more than appreciated.
