It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Otto Carmichael (San Antonio, Texas), who passed away on August 6, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Blake Carmichael and Alice Carmichael; and his brother Donn Carmichael. He is survived by: his wife Carole; his brother Terry Carmichael (Susan); his children, Sean Carmichael (Marta Morales) and Shannon Carmichael Sosa; his stepdaughters, Traci Garrett (Greg) and Tammy Peacock-Werline (Chris); and his grandchildren, Isabella, Christopher, Gabriel Sosa, Mackenzie, Colby Smetzer and Briley Werline.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests a donation to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital or to the Wounded Warrior Project.
