He is survived by: his parents, Michael Velasco and Alysia Rutherford; his stepfather Richard Bennett; his aunts, Michelle Rios and Kelsey Rutherford (Stuart Bennett); his uncle Scott Rutherford (Lorraine Rutherford); and his cousins, Leonard Rios, Macie Rios, Adam Alvarez, Brandon Rutherford, Savannah Hermes, Zachary Smith, Zowie Smith and Zayn Smith.
