He was predeceased by: his father Adan Hernandez; and his brothers, Pedro Hernandez and Pablo Hernandez. He is survived by: his mother Maria Palmira Cantu Hernandez; his daughter April Hernandez; his granddaughter Ariel Vega; and his siblings, Ernesto Hernandez, Esther Martinez, Adan Hernandez, Palmira Guzman, Rey Hernandez, Maria Zapata, Gregorio Hernandez, Daniel Hernandez and Martha Cantu.
