She was predeceased by: her husband Gulmaro Ortiz; and her son Gumaro Ortiz, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Juan Ortiz (Angie), Dr. Artemio Ortiz (Shauna), Alejandro Ortiz (Socorro), Dora Ortiz-Escribano (Martin), Alma Ortiz and Andrea Carrizales. She is also survived by her 11 grandkids and numerous great grandkids.
