He is survived by : his children, Virginia Nuñez (Jesus Nuñez), Cervando Peña, Luisa Ramirez (Servando Ramirez) and Jesus Peña (Maria Torres Peña); his grandchildren, Adan Lopez, Melissa Rojas, Jorge Rojas, Jesse Peña Jr., Jessica Peña, Jonathan Peña, Samantha Peña and Sebastian Tadao; and his great grandchildren, Mica Lopez, Diego Rojas, Luis Rojas and Elianna Rojas.
