He is survived by: his wife Aurelia Rodriguez; his children, Margarita Gutierrez, Rene Alvear (Esthela), Carlos Alvear (Giovanna) and Mary Lou Velazquez (Ismael Velazquez); his grandchildren, Christina Gutierrez Ruiz, Jennifer Alvear, Cynthia Velazquez, Valerie Velazquez and Kassandra Velazquez; his great grandchildren, Jimmy Lee Weaver Jr., Sarah M. Ruiz, Alfonso Ruiz, Jr., Rafael Garcia, Gabriella Martinez, Jonathan Garcia and Yaretzy Garcia; and his great great grandchildren, Solomon Cash Weaver and Penelope Weaver.
