He is survived by: his brother Garrett C. Tyra Jr.; his nieces, Stacy, Cammy Roy and Rainer Temple of Texas; and his sister Amanda Gomez. He is also survived by numerous extended family members, dear friends, fellow Elks, and brothers and sisters in service.
His commitment to charity, fellowship, and community service left a lasting impact on those who knew him.
