With sadness, we share the passing of Wayne Orbin Lawrence of San Leon, Texas. Wayne, born on November 18, 1943, passed away on August 20, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Orbin Lawrence and Myrtle Sue Hall Lawrence; and his siblings, Tina McCaskey, Jean Calloway, Jimmie Reynolds, Irene Ware and Glenn Lawrence.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Lawrence; his daughters, Mary Elliott (Liz), Brenda Henson (Doug), Donna Bottera (James) and Samantha Loring (Jonny); and his grandchildren, Phillip Yohan, Leslie Elliott, Tiffany Henson (Chris), Shawn Marquis (Melissa), Shelbie Lang (RJ) and Landon Loring. He is also survived by great-great grandchildren along with cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Top Water Grill.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made n his name to Bay Area Pet Adoptions or Sisters Helping Sisters.
