He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodoro DeLeon and Augustina DeLeon; and his siblings, Larry DeLeon, Gilbert DeLeon, Robert DeLeon, Jerry DeLeon, Theodoro DeLeon Jr. and Rita Hernandez.

He is survived by: his wife Martha DeLeon; his children, Elijah DeLeon, Daniel Juarez, Jerry Juarez, Melissa Juarez and JoAnna Juarez; and his sisters, Betty Jean DeLeon, Martina DeLeon, Victoria DeLeon, Tina Marie DeLeon and Diane DeLeon. He is also survived by grandchildren: 14; and with other family members and friends.
