He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Domingo Sr., Lydia Deleon and Alejandra Tobias; and his nephew Isaac Deleon. He is survived by: his parents, Domingo Deleon Jr. and Velia Tobias; his children, Eddie A. Deleon, Luis E. Deleon, Carlos E. Deleon and Miranda Deleon; his siblings, Domingo Deleon III (Lydia Ybarra), Jacob Deleon (Angela), Rocky Deleon, Jessica Deleon and Elisa Deleon; his granddaughter Lola; and the mother of his children Leela Deleon. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
