He was predeceased by: his father Ysabel E. Gutierrez; and his brothers, Samuel Gutierrez and Antonio Gutierrez. He is survived by: his wife Dominga M. Gutierrez; his siblings, Ruben Gutierrez, Ysabel Gutierrez Jr., Michael Gutierrez (Cathy), Patricia Quintero (Robert), Andrea Hall (Wayne) and Julia Alvarez (Alfred); and his children, David Gutierrez Jr. (Kim), Chris Gutierrez, Tim Gutierrez (April), Gina Gutierrez (Joshua) and Sandra Gutierrez (Billy). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren, along with numerous nieces, nephews.
