He is survived by: his wife Dolores Peralez-Juarez; his children, Niki Rodriguez (Richard), John David Juarez and Zachary Juarez; his grandchildren, Sofia, Elijah, Jamerson and Santino; his siblings, Carlos Juarez (Kathy), Delfino Juarez (Vera) and Lupe Juarez-Johnson; his father-in-law Felix Peralez, Sr.; and his siblings-in-law, Felix Peralez, Jr. and Nancy Peralez.
