He was predeceased by: his parents, Elton Rouse and Miriam Rouse of Owensboro, Kentucky.; and his wife Sherry Rouse. He is survived by: his sons, Marty Rouse (Jen Baker) of San Marcos and Andy Rouse (Kathryn) of Austin, Texas; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Lindsay, Noah, Elyse, Isabelle, Nicholas and Becca; his siblings, Sandy Rouse of Owensboro and Dennis Mark Rouse (Susan) of Owensboro; his sister-in-law Polly Gardner of Houston; and his nieces, Elke, Erica, Erin and Hadley.
