He is survived by: his wife Luz Garcia; and his children, Joe Louis Garcia (Terry), Ramiro Garcia, Hector Garcia (Diana), Maria Godina, Graciela Garcia, Alicia Garcia and Anna Garcia Hernandez (Andrew). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild; and with other family members and friends.
