He was predeceased by: his brother Casey. He is survived by: his children, Katie Hart (Patrick) and Kevin (Sarah); his granddaughters, Addison and Brynnlie Hart; and his siblings, Kathleen, Mike and John. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In celebration of Pat's life, memorials may be made to St. Peter upon the Water in Ingram, or to the Knights of Columbus (Fr. Kemper Council #6409).
