He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Keith and Sherri Olsen (Earl); his grandsons, Daniel Olsen (Meredith) and Stephen Olsen; his great grandchildren, Max and Ephraim Olsen; and his sister-in-law Lorelle Schulle (Gerhart). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
