She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins.

“I had the privilege to be one of berthas caregivers over the last 6 months. She was my favorite for sure. Up until her last couple days she always patted my cheeks and told me she loved me. She was 90 to nothing all the time, putting her to bed was on of my favorite times. She loved to let me rub her hands as she fell asleep. I’ll never forget my sweet Bertha Mae.”
