It is with sadness that the passing of Richard Neal Mann of San Saba, Texas is shared. Richard, born on April 29, 1950, passed away on September 4, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Mann and Flora Mann; his sons, Justin Stooksberry and Troy Mann; his sister Bonnie Mouat; and his brother-in-law James Mouat.
He is survived by: his wife Pam Mann of San Saba; his children, Cody (Sarah Mann) of San Saba and Kendall (Devin Moreno) of Llano; and his grandchildren, Kelly and Troy Mann.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the San Saba City Cemetery (1011 N High St, San Saba, TX 76877).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to San Saba Never Surrender or the San Saba Volunteer Fire Department.
