It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sherry Williamson of San Saba, Texas, born in Abilene, Texas, who passed away on September 19, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Chester T. Carpenter and Hazel Gannaway; and her siblings, Cathryn Kunkel, Margaret McCall, Joyce McCall, Christi Carpenter and Wayne Carpenter.

She is survived by : her son Brian Bessent; her granddaughter Alexis Patterson (Leki Tago); her great grandchild Asher Tago; and her cousin Jean Bishop. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
