He was predeceased by : his parents, Jack W. Deaton and Dorthy Deaton (Sutton). He is survived by : his wife Debbie Deaton (Cochran); his children, Douglas Deaton of McKinney and Diane Street (Deaton) of Louisville; his grandchildren, Allison Deaton, Jack F. Deaton and Maggie Street; his siblings, David Deaton, Jack W. Deaton and Lois White (Deaton); and his cousins, Roy Deaton, Scott Sutton, Sandy Sargent (Sutton) and Leigh Anne Sutton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Douglas Deaton, Jack Deaton, Richard Blake, Joe Parrish, Scott Sutton and David Brotherton Memorials can be gifted to The First Baptist Church of Sanderson, Texas and charity of your choosing.
