She was predeceased by: her parents, Adella Hernandez (Castillo) and Norberto Hernandez; and her daughter Laura Lewis. She is survived by: her children, John William Lewis, Sherry Gibbs and Leann Gibbs; her siblings, Timothy Arispi, Robert Hernandez (Marty) and Marcella Blanco (Roger); and her friend Christina Dunlap.
