He is survived by: his friend Larry Osborne; his former wife Pamela Rowell; his brothers, Bill Rowell (Mary) of Denton and Jim Rowell (Cheryl) of Sanger, Texas.; his children, Jody Rowell (Kristy) of Ladonia, Jack Rowell Jr. of Waco and Denise Dawson (Janice Lowe) of Waco; and his grandchildren, Michael Rowell, Kimberly Scoggin, Courtney Dawson, John Wesley Rowell, Amanda Kehler and Lauren Estep Black. He is also survived by twelve great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews.
