He is survived by : his wife Lela Mae Springer of Sanger, Texas; his children, Lynelle Stroope (David) of Sanger, Texas and Curtis Amyx (Brenda) of Sanger, Texas; his sister-in-law Elaine Amyx of Denton, Texas; his brother Dickie Amyx (Melinda) of Sanger, Texas; his siblings-in-law, John and Liz Springer of Sanger; his grandchildren, Weston Stroope of Pleasanton, Ashton Stroope (Steven Stratso) of Fort Worth and Dalinda Damm (Phil) of Savery, Wyoming; and his great grandchildren, Morgan Damm and Reid Damm.
