She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Regnier and Margaret McLaughlin Regnier; and her husband David Welch. She is survived by: her children, Kathleen, Mary and Christie. She is also survived by her 3 daughters, 11 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (1801 Malone St, Denton, TX 76201). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
