She is survived by: her children, Mark Chadwick (Michelle) of Kountze and Helen Williams of Atascocita; her grandson John Paul Chadwick, Jr. of Hardin; her great grandchildren, John Paul Chadwick III of Hardin and Abigail Chadwick of Hardin; her great great grandchildren, John Paul Chadwick, IV of Hardin and Leah Brightwell Chadwick of Hardin; and her sisters, Earleen Blacksher of Lumberton and Mary Johnson of Lumberton. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
