She was predeceased by : her parents, JC Koiner and Eunice Koiner; her brothers, Bobby Koiner and Charles Koiner; her niece Theresa Mullins; and her friend Jim O'Brien.

She is survived by : her daughter Debbie Smith (Floyd); her grandchildren, Jennyfer Kemp (Zach) and Craig Monroe (Tori); her great grandchildren, Loegan, Korben, Zoie and Kurstyn; and her siblings, Betty Prewett, Shirley Mullins (Larry), James Koiner and Richard Koiner (Louise). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
