He is survived by: his children, Joe Vega, Danny Vega and Mary Lou Garcia (Bel Garcia); his granddaughter Angela Vega of Arizona; his sisters, Angie Vega Tribble (Mike Tribble) of Savoy, Texas, Mary Shay and Adela Sustaita (Chavelo) of Michigan; his brother-in-law James L. Rogers Sr. (Jacie) of Leonard, Texas; and his caregiver Andre of Savoy, Texas. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
