He is survived by: his wife Brenda Phillips; his children, Lanny (Tammy Phillips), Terrin (Tracie Phillips), Melody Goben of Fort Worth, Texas and Duane Phillips of Bakersfield, California.; his grandchildren, Adam (Laura Phillips), Justin (Mandy Edwards), Jordan (Melanie Phillips), Gage (Morgan Duncan) and Alissa Ruprecht of California; and his siblings, George Phillips and Janice Heili. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
