She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorenz Reitmaier and Thekla Reitmaier of Erding; her husband Harold Brewer; her sons, Larry Brewer and Michael Brewer; her brothers, Hans and Lenz Reitmaier; her parents-in-law, Benjamin and Osie Brewer; and her brother-in-law Robert Brewer.
She is survived by: her daughter Debbie Schmidt; her son-in-law Tim Schmidt; her grandchildren, Carly Barton (Jimmy), Jeremy Schmidt (Tifannie), Cody Schmidt (Chandra), Sarah Burkett (Lawrence), Amanda Brewer and Kimberly Brewer; her great grandchildren, Addie, Jathan, Kaylie, Rilie, Lucas and Levi Schmidt; and her grandchildren, Hunter, Sydney Barton, Emmalyn and Maddox Brewer. She is also survived by her nieces and nephew.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Schertz Funeral Home (2217 FM3009, Schertz, TX 78154).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Nanny's memory to Hope Hospice or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
