Hatfield); his wife Helen Hatfield Kapp; his son Frank B. Kapp; his grandchildren, Kelly B. Kapp, Sara M. Kapp, Everett F. Kapp and Katie E. Kapp; and his siblings, Marjorie M. Cleveland (Ronald), Richard H. Kapp (Karen M.), Donald F. Kapp and Frederick M. Kapp (Karen B.). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, and other extended family.
