He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Domel and Lorine Domel (Malke); his parents-in-law, Josie and AC Flippo; and his siblings-in-law, Jerry, Linda Flippo and Larry Mitschke.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Domel of Schertz; his sons, Adam Domel (Bridget Speer) of Austin and Jason Domel of Missouri City; his sister Janice Mitschke of Giddings; his siblings-in-law, Mary (Doug Jatzlau) of Giddings, Wanda Mertink of Giddings and Terry (Beatrice Flippo) of Smithville; and his pet Chewie. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
Memorials may be given to Mount Calvary Evangelical Lutheran Church, the American Cancer Society, CAM Ministries of San Antonio, or the charity of one's choice.
