We are sad to announce that, on May 1, 2023, at the age of 77, Robert D. Phipps in Schertz, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Carl Phipps and Amy Phipps of Virginia. He is survived by: his wife Julie; his sons, Jason Phipps (Meredith) and Cody Phipps; his siblings, Mary Ann Kemp, Diane Maddox and Mike Phipps; and his grandchildren, Hannah Phipps, Gavin Phipps, Ben Phipps, Ethan Phipps, Elle Phipps and Evan Phipps. He is also survived by numerous nephews and a niece.
