He was predeceased by: his parents, George Holub and Betty Staha Holub. He is survived by: his daughters, Jaime Goll (Travis) and Beth Roberts (Jonah); his grandchildren, Sarah Goll, Samantha Goll, Emily Goll, Gavin Roberts, Griffin Roberts, Cate Goll, Grace Roberts and Gwen Roberts; and his brother Daniel Holub (Carol).
