He was predeceased by: his parents, Sue (Elmer Kobza) and Johnny (Judy Boman); and his nephew Dillon Palmer. He is survived by: his siblings, Dee Palmer (Jaimie), Julie Boman, Roy Radican (April) and Jill Jurica (Matt); his uncle Jimmie Dale Robertson (Vickie); his former spouse Gigi Boman; Addison and Aaron. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
