He was predeceased by: his parents, Cenobio Bargas and Leocadia Aleman Bargas; and his siblings, Joe Bargas, Julian Bargas, Becky Lozano and Juana Bargas.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Bargas; his children, Norman Bargas (Dayna), Monica Bargas (Daniel Benavides) and Melissa Carey (James); his grandchildren, Austin Bargas (Hailey), Jon Bargas, Andrew Bargas and Danica Benavides; and his siblings, Lucia Martinez, Felicia Davila, Connie Elizondo, Justine Segura, Maria Bohac and Tom Bargas. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church (1010 Lyons Ave, Schulenburg, TX 78956). A rosary was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
