She was predeceased by: her parents, Lois Dean and Ray Dean; her in-laws, Floyd and Joyce Blair; and her siblings-in-law, Don Swann, Clifton Hall, Margaret White and Ann Henderson.
She is survived by: her husband Alan Blair; her sons, Patrick Blair (Kristi) and David Blair (Summer); her siblings, Patsy Swann and Alvin Dean (Kathy); her brothers-in-law, Mike Blair and David Henderson; her grandchildren, Cody, Colton, Chase, Bethany, Natalie, Presley and Brooks; and her great grandchild Thea Jo. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
