He was predeceased by: his parents, Corene Eubanks Chandler and Chester Chandler; his wife Norma Rains Chandler; and his sisters, Gwen Chandler, Uple Carter and Eulema Shipley.
He is survived by: his children, Diane Hall (Emmitte) and Gregory Chandler; his grandsons, Justin Hall (Aspen), Jason Hall, Joshua Hall (Michelle), Michael Hall, Jacob Hall and Aiden Hall; and his great grandchildren, Lane Hall, Ethan Hall and Willis Chitwood.
