He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed LaForge and Anne LaForge of Beaumont, Texas.; his siblings, Kay Frost, Lucy Harrison and Lee LaForge; and his brother-in-law Richard Frost.
He is survived by: his sister Laura Ellen Souders (Bill) of Kentucky; his nieces and nephews, Jennifer Bennett (Chris) of Texas, Renae Jernigan (Chris) of Texas, Jaycie Smith (Taylor) of Texas, Amber Gold of Georgia, Michael LaForge of Texas and Andy Gold of Utah; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Blaine, Caden Bennett and Sage Smith.
