He is survived by: his children, Valeree Yvonne Carlock, Stephen Alan Victory and Michael Cosmo Victory; his mother Lucile Victory; his siblings, Gail Thompson, Elaine Victory, Lisa Brown, Jill Rutledge, Christine Victory and James Victory; his grandchildren, Zachary, Oliver, Tristan, Trinity, Kenna, Christopher, Charlie, River, Grayden and Grayson; and his great grandchildren, Kage and Elayne.
