He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Johnson and Truman Louise Johnson. He is survived by: his children, Joy Lynn Rivera, Duane Johnson (Debbie), Gay Lynn Cook (Dennis) and Sandra Lamb; and his sibling Billie Bennett. He is also survived by 7 step-children, 13 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, 11 great-great grandchildren as well as a numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Orwosky Funeral Home (803 N Texas St, Emory, TX 75440). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
